Best Winter Tires 2013

With winter on the way some of us are thinking of winter tires, I know my brother in law is. So to help you make an informed decision I have included links to PMCtire.com test results. For the umpteenth time in a row Nokian has beaten all major tire competitors. In fact the Finnish winter tire specialists holds the top five spots of best winter tires in 2012-2013 (actually three tires). Below you will find the PDF link for passenger car and SUV winter tires.
For those of you trying to save a bit of money buying Chinese low cost winter tires. The best showing of any Chinese tire manufacturer was 30th out of 54.
Remember the only thing between you and the road are your tires. Like Michelin says "so much is riding on your tires"
